重力-弹力耦合驱动压电微电机研究

摘    要:分析了重力-弹力耦合驱动压电微电机的机理并给出了其运动学模型。制作了转子直径为0.433mm的压电微电机并实验验证了运动学模型。

Abstract:Mechanism of a micro piezoelectric motor driven by coupling of elastic and gravitational force was analyzed. The kinematics and dynamics models were represented. A experimental motor model was developed and the theoretical models were verified.
