| 摘 要： | 工作流技术是目前发展比较迅速的一项技术,其主要特点就是采用计算机技术,使业务流程部分或全部自动化.工作流管理系统的主要目标是通过调用有关信息资源与人力资源来协调业务流程的各个环节,使之按照一定的顺序依次进行,从而实现业务流程的自动化,提高工作效率.

| Abstract: | Workflow technology is one of the most rapid development technologies,and the mayor point is that it uses computer technology to make the operation automatization.The workflow system's main goal is to assort with every part of work flow by use the information of info resource and human resource,and make it goes in order,and by this way,we can make the operation more automatization and efficiency. |
