| Abstract: | This paper compares the advantages and characteristics of nonvolatile storage device between the serial bus and the parallel bus,and gives a detail introduction of the electrical characteristics,software programming illumination and flow chart of the device by AT24C256 of ATMEL. The software can also be applied to the serial storage device produced by other companies as modified. |
