摘    要:为满足工控现场对多参数动态测量的要求,提出了一种基于现场可编程逻辑门阵列器件FPGA的多参数测量系统。该设计采用FPGA作为核心控制器件,结合系统整体结构设计原理,设计了硬件电路系统及FPGA逻辑控制程序,搭建了模拟实验平台,实测了多参数测量系统,分析了测量数据,测试结果表明,该系统实现了多参数的动态测量的预期设计功能且测量相对误差范围为0%~1.7%,具有性能稳定、抗干扰能力强、数据传输方便等优点,可用于电压、电流、温度及压力等参数的测量系统中。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of multi-parameter dynamic measurement in industrial control sites,a multiparameter measurement system based on field programmable logic gate array device FPGA is proposed.The system adopts FPGA as the core control device,analyzes the overall structure design principle of the system,designs the hardware circuit system and FPGA logic control program,sets up a simulation experiment platform,measures the overall measurement system,analyzes the measurement data,and the test results show that the system realizes the expected design function of multi-parameter dynamic measurement and the relative measurement error range is 0%~1.7%,which has the advantages of stable performance,strong anti-interference ability,and convenient data transmission.It can be used in parameters such as voltage,current,temperature,and pressure measurement system.
