基于单片机和LabVIEW的无线葡萄酒窖环境测控系统设计

摘    要:为了改善葡萄酒窖中依靠人工测量环境参数并手动调节的现状,开发具有自动测控功能的无线葡萄酒窖环境测控系统是十分必要的。选择STM32单片机作为测控核心部件,利用DHT12温湿度采集模块和GY-302光照度采集模块分别采集酒窖温湿度和光照度数据,单片机对数据进行处理,将数据显示在LCD屏幕上,与此同时数据通过ESP8266无线WiFi模块发送至LabVIEW界面进行显示和存储,当数值超过预设的上下限时进行报警并控制外源设备工作,对温湿度和光照度进行调节。通过实地测试,该系统能够实现实时采集酒窖中各项环境参数,运行稳定,可实现超限报警调节功能,证明了该系统的有效性和可靠性。

Abstract:In order to change the present situation of manual testing and manual adjustment of environmental parameters in the wine cellar,it is necessary to design a wireless environmental measurement and control system with automatic functions.In this system,STM32 F103 series single-chip microcomputer was selected as the core component of measurement and control.DHT12 temperature and humidity acquisition module and GY-302 illumination acquisition module were used to collect the temperature,the humidity and illumination data of wine cellar respectively.The single-chip microcomputer processed the data and displayed the data on LCD screen.At the same time,the data was sent to LabVIEW interface through ESP8266 wireless WiFi module for display and storage when the value exceeds When the value exceeds the preset upper and lower limits,it would alarm and control the operation of external equipment to adjust the temperature,humidity and illumination.Through the field test,the system can realize the real-time collection of various environmental parameters in the wine cellar stably.It can be realized that the system would alarmed and adjusted the environment when the environmental parameters were over the limits.The test proved the effectiveness and reliability of the system.
