晃电监测与变频器再启动控制系统设计

摘    要:针对抽油机变频器开发防晃电停机的需求,设计了一种能有效预防变频器因晃电时电压降低而停机的晃电监测装置和变频器再启动控制系统,晃电监测装置实时监测抽油机电气柜电源进线电压,发生晃电时重新启动变频器,使抽油机保持连续性运行,大大减少了管理人员的劳动量。该方案可用于多种类型抽油机变频器的防晃电控制,也可以通过检测装置的继电器控制抽油机工频状态下启动,该系统硬件设计灵活,可扩展性强,实现高标准化设计,方便推广,有效地解决了抽油机在晃电发生时的停机问题,提高了抽油机的作业效率。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of pumping unit frequency converter shutdown caused by electric-dazzling prevention,this paper proposes a shaking monitoring device and a frequency converter restart system which can effectively prevent the low voltage shutdown problem caused by voltage reduction due to electric shock.The shaking monitoring device could monitor incoming voltage of the power supply of the pumping unit in real time.When the electric dazzling is generated,the transducer is restarted to keep the pumping unit running continuously,which greatly reduces the amount of work done by the managerial personnel.The scheme covers many types of anti-sway electric controller for pumping unit.It can also be controlled by the relay of the detection device to start the pumping unit under the power frequency state.The hardware design of system is flexible and extensible,achieving high standard design and convenient popularization.It effectively solves the shutdown problem caused by electric shock and improves the efficiency of pumping unit.
