支链化脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的结构和性能研究

摘    要:采用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用技术分析了Basf,Shell等公司商品化的支链化脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的碳链分布、结构和支链组成;考察了不同碳链、支链和EO分布的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的物化性质,如泡沫、润湿力等,并研究了其和阴离子复配时的一些性能,如去污力、泡沫和润湿力等指标。结果表明,支链程度高的产品如XP、XL等系列产品的润湿能力明显高出其他支链化程度低的产品。但支链化程度和产品的一些性能如去污能力和泡沫等并没有规律性的关系,而是碳链分布、EO分布和支链等多因素的综合影响。

Abstract:Carbon distribution and branching type of commercial alkyl alcohol -based ethers were analyzed by GC/MS. Influence of branching on physical characters such as foam, wetting power and detergency were studied. The resuh shows that alkyl branching alcohol-based ethers has more wetting power than traditional products, but there are no obvious relationship between the branching degree with the physical character such as foam, detergency. It is a result of many factors, such as carbon distribution, EO number and branching.
