| Abstract: | This article presents some successful practice to control the investment of the Xiaolangdi Hydro Project,which comprises:(1)organizational structure and management functions of investment control system;(2)investment control mode;(3)a well-trained project construction administrative organization with combined functions for construction and management;(4)ample attention to investment control from the first beginning of construction;(5)perfect tendering and bidding systems;(6)standardized management for contracts,etc. |
