“学团制”人才培养模式探索

随着中国高等学校教学改革的不断深入，高等教育及人才培养质量有了极大提高，如何进一步创新人才培养模式以适应社会经济发展对人才的迫切需求是所有高等教育工作者面临的一个重大课题。浙江理工大学结合自身实际，在借鉴和总结国内外高等学校成功办学经验的基础上，实践探索以实验室为阵地，以实际科研项目为依托的“学团制“人才培养新模式。

Talent training mode of study group system in biomedicine specialty

With the development of teaching reform for higher education in China, the quality of higher education and talent training are greatly improved. There is still a problem in higher education; the problem is how to innovate talent training mode to adapt to the urgent needs of the socioeconomic development. Based on the actual situation of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology and the success experiences of other high school, the paper explored the new talent training mode of study groups system with the science research project.
