摘    要:通过对锭端振程、工作速度、使用寿命、能耗、回转稳定性、承载能力、噪声以及维护保养等评价锭子性能指标及其影响因素进行分析,说明其对成纱质量的影响,指出细纱锭子应改进杆盘结合件结构,缩小锭盘带轮、改进下支承的结构型式、锭胆结构等以使锭子适应高速小卷装的发展方向.通过介绍衡阳纺机产高速锭子在技术、性能上取得的成功,为国内锭子厂家提供了一定的参考,也为纺织厂选用提供了方便.

Abstract:Through analysis of the factors such as end swing,speed,service life,power consumption,stable circumgyrate performance,loading capacity,noise and index involved with maintenance in relation to quality of resultant yarn,conclusion is made that spinning spindle should be modified in parts such as joint part,small spindle wharve,under-support structure,spindle insert so as to application in hi-speed and small package.The successful application of hi-speed spindle in techinique and performance provides information for the domestic enterprises involved with spindle production and spinning production.
