钢纤维混凝土材料在旧混凝土路面修补工程中的应用

本文介绍了钢纤维混凝土材料在旧混凝土路面修补中的情况，并在分析配比试验强度的基础上，通过某工程实例，证实钢纤维混凝土实际应用于旧混凝土路面修补工程的可行性。钢纤维混凝土是一种性能优良的新型复合材料。与普通混凝土相比，其抗拉、抗弯、抗裂及耐磨、耐冲击、耐疲劳、韧性等性能都有显著提高，它不仅可使面层减薄、缩缝间距加大、改善路面的使用性能、延长路面使用寿命，而且还可节省工程造价、缩短施工工期。

Application of Steel Fiber Concrete Material in Old Concrete Pavement Repairs Project

This article introduced the application of teh steel fiber in old Concrete Pavement repairs. Based on analysis of correspondent experimental strength and a project sample,the feasibility of application of the steel fiber concrete in old concerete pavement is achieved. Steel fiber concrete is a kind of new composite material of fine property. Compared with ordinary concrete,its tension,bend resisting,spilt-resisting pulse withstanding and endurance are shown to have been improved. It can not only thin the road surface,narrow the seam,improve the surface,save the project cost but also shorten the time limit of constructing the project.
