摘    要:对汽轮机导叶片的制坯工艺进行了对比分析。自由锻制坯存在一致性差、表面棱角多、微裂纹等缺陷;锤上模锻制坯成形质量较好,但材料利用率较低、生产成本较高;多向模锻制坯成形质量最优、材料利用率最高。为深入研究多向模锻制坯工艺技术,本文运用数值模拟技术直观分析多向模锻制坯工艺过程,坯料与模具温度场、应力场、受力变化等。通过模拟分析预测生产中存在的问题,从而采取相应措施预防缺陷的产生,提高产品质量。经生产试验证明多向模锻制坯工艺技术极大提高了制坯质量和生产效率,解决了传统自由锻开坯方式存在的问题。

Abstract:This paper compares and analyzes the blank making processes of steam turbine guide blade.Free forging has the defects of poor consistency,more surface edges and micro cracks.Hammer forging can make good formation quality but result in low material utilization rate and high production cost.Multi-ram forging can make optimal formation quality and highest material utilization rate.For further researching the multi-ram forging technology,the numerical simulation is used to analyze multi-ram forging processes,temperature field of blank and mold,stress field and stress variation.The production problems can be predicted by simulation analysis and related measures can be taken to prevent defects and improve product quality.The production test proves that multi-ram forging technology can improve blank quality and production efficiency greatly,and solve the problems occurred in free forging method.
