尼龙纳米复合材料的选区激光烧结成型技术研究进展

摘    要:系统地论述了选区激光烧结原理及尼龙纳米复合材料选区激光烧结的国内外发展概况,总结了目前该领域中所取得的成果,指出了实现选区激光烧结制备尼龙纳米复合零件,不仅要解决其成型收缩,还必需解决无机纳米粒子的分散问题.并展望了尼龙纳米复合材料选区激光烧结快速成型技术的发展前景.

Abstract:The principle and characteristics of selective laser sintering are introduced.The research of nylon/nano-composites fabricated by selective laser sintering at home and abroad is reviewed systematically.To carry out the aim that selective laser sintering is successfully used to fabricate nylon/nano-composites,the existing problems about the mold shrinkage of nylon and the dispersion of nano-particles must be solved.And the future researches in the field are pointed out.
