半主动磁流变减振驱动器的工作原理及应用

摘    要:为了降低土木工程结构的振动,采用具有能耗低,出力大,反应速度快的智能材料-磁流变液设计制作了一种新型的半主动控制装置-磁流变减振驱动器(MR damper)。介绍了磁流变液的工作机理,分析了磁流变减振驱动器的参数影响了设计装置时应考虑的因素。针对安装有磁流变减振驱动器的单自由度结构进行了仿真分析,结果表明合理的选择参数并结合较好的控制算法能够很好地控制结构的反应,结构的最大位移可降59%,基底剪力可降低37%。当不加磁场时,磁流变减振驱动器相当于被动的粘滞液体减振驱动器,仿真分析结果表明它降低了结构的反应,所以它是一种安全无故障装置。因此,磁流变减振驱动器是一种理想的半主动制装置。

Abstract:A new semi-active control device(MR damper)was designed by usin g a kind of smart material-MR fluid to reduce the vibration in civil engineerin g.The parameter having influence on MR dampers were analyzed and taken into acc ount when the device was designed.The numerica l analysis of SDOF shows that the selection of reasonable parameters and better control algorithms can effecti vely control the structure reaction and achieve the best effect,the maximum dis placment is reduced by59%,the shear force is reduced by37%.When magnet -ic field is not applied,MR damper is a passive viscous fluid damper,the resu lts of simulation show that the structural reaction is also reduced,so MR dampe r is a fail-safe device.MR damper is an ideal control device as a semi-active control with a widely potential application.
