稠油油藏电潜泵事故分析与治理对策

摘    要:电潜泵机械故障是目前生产中的常见现象。以枣园油田枣南孔一段为例 ,深入剖析稠油出砂为电潜泵生产井造成卡泵、断轴、机组落井等机械事故的原因 ,指出井液含砂是造成此类故障的主要因素 ,其它如井身结构、机械震动、机组质量等也是重要因素 ,并提出相应的措施手段。

Abstract:At present the mechanical failure of submersible electric pump is common phenomenon during a process of oil production. Taking a section of Zao-Nan-Kong in Zaoyuan Oilfield as example analyse deeply reasons of mechanical failure that result in sticking of pump, bearing fracture, machinery group loosing when produce oil with submersible electric pump in sand viscous oil well, as well as point out that sand-bearing in well liquid is a main factor which cause this type of failure, secondly, well bore construction, mechanical shock, machinery quality are also important factors and propose corresponding countermeasures and means..
