摘    要:利用液质联用法定量分析了常用18F药物中Kryptofix 2.2.2(K2.2.2)的含量.选择母离子为(M+H)+377.4,使用合适的多反应监测离子对方法(MRM),建立了定量范围为20~500μg/L的K2.2.2标准曲线,线性相关系数为0.999 9,系统回收率和精密度均符合要求.利用此方法测量常规制备的18...

Abstract:A high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method(LC/MS/MS) was used to quantify Kryptofix 2.2.2(K2.2.2) in 18F-FDG and 18F-FLT and other 18F-radiopharmaceuticals.First molecular ion peak m/z 377.4 + were detected by full scan mode,then the daughter ions 114.1,289.4 and 333.5 m/z were detected by product ion scan mode,the mass scanning mode was set to multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) and programmed to monitor the transitions of the parent/daughter ion pairs of 377.4/114.1,377.4/289....
