| 摘 要： | 省域城乡总体规划是以科学发展观为指导、以覆盖全面为特点的区域规划。海南省城乡总体规划在生态环境保护规划和产业发展规划等的基础上,通过对城乡发展空间的布局与协调,确定全省的城乡发展空间结构、发展分区与重点区域,建立省域城乡发展的支撑体系和政府对发展资源进行管理的管制体系,在空间上落实城乡统筹、区域统筹的思想,实现社会、经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Provincial urban-rural master planning is a regional planning guided by scientific develop- ment concept and covering the whole area of the province.Based on the ecological and environmental protection planning and sector planning,the Urban- Rural Master Planning of Hainan identifies the provin- cial spatial development structure,spatial zoning and key areas.It establishes the supporting system for p r o v in cia l u r b an-r u r al d e v e lo p m e n t a n d administrational system for development resources in order to carry out the urban-rural integration and re- gional integration idea on the space and realize the sus- tainable development of the society and economics. |
