浅论八面河油田集输油管线的选材

输油管线的选材对油气集输起着至关重要的作用。由于八面河油田地下、地面情况的特殊性和复杂性,加之目前对输油管线的选材尚无统一的定性认识,一定程度上造成输油管线在投入使用过程中腐蚀穿孔现象严重,使用寿命趋短,给物资供应部门的采购工作带来极大压力。通过对不同厂家输油管线在八面河油田投入使用过程中的阐述,分析了输油管线产生腐蚀、穿孔现象的原因,制定正确的输油管线选材方案,提高输油管线使用效率,为领导决策提供依据。
