摘    要:在常规兵器试验中,炮口角测量是火炮试验中的重要项目,为提高试验效率和检测精度,采用先进的传感技术是一种行之有效的技术途径。给出了基于激光准直技术、位置传感器(position sensing detector,PSD)技术实现火炮炮口角自动化高精度测量的方法、原理及测试系统结构;针对该系统中的机械装置、电子系统及光学系统引入的许多系统误差,重点分析了这些误差产生的原因;提出了减小这些误差影响的方法,并采用误差理论分析了系统的测量精度。

Abstract:The measurement of gun bore bending is an important item of cannon static testing in the conventional weapons test. In order to improve the testing efficiency and the measurement precision, using advanced sensor is an effective approach. So an automatic and accurate method of testing the angle of muzzle based on technology of laser collimation and PSD sensor is presented. For reason of some system errors caused by the mechanical subsystem, electrical subsystem and the optical subsystem, not only the system error sources and the reducing technology of those errors are discussed detailedly, but also the analysis method of the measurement precision is put forward.
