X7R型复相陶瓷的制备及介电性能研究

摘    要:用两相混合烧结法制备了PZN基和BT基复合的复相陶瓷。研究了起始两相的比例以及粉末的粒度和烧成条件对复相陶瓷介电性能的影响。通过优化工艺条件,获得了满足X7R(ΔC/C<±15%,-55~125°C)型温度稳定特性的复相陶瓷。

Abstract:The biphasic ceramics composed of PZN-based and BT-basedconstitutes were prepared by two-phases mixed sintering method.The effects of the ratios of two starting constitutes,the particles of powders and sintering conditions on dielectric properties of biphasic ceramics were studied.The X7R(ΔC/C<±15%,-55~125 °C)temperature-stable biphasic dielectric ceramics were developed by improving processing conditions.
