| 摘 要： | “四标两率”建管,以标杆变电站、标杆输配电线路、标杆配电台区、标杆电工组建设为切入点,强调建、管并重,以“建”提高设备健康水平,以“管”提高设备管理水平,从而提高电压合格率和供电可靠率,提高安全生产管理能力。

| Abstract: | Through the example establishment of substation,transmission and distribution line,distribution unit-area and electrician team,both the construction and the management were emphasized.Through increasing the equipment health level by means of construction and increasing the equipment management level by means of management,the voltage qualified rate and power supply reliability were increased. |
