共沸脱水法干燥灭多威肟新技术研究

摘    要:介绍采用共沸脱水原理进行灭多威肟干燥的新方法。将30.0g湿品灭多威肟,100.0ml二氯乙烷加入到旋转蒸发器中,减压将溶剂蒸出,得到干燥的灭多威肟产品,水分<0.3%,干燥损失<0.3%。

Abstract:A new method for drying methomyl oxime based on the azeotropic principle is introduced. The (30.0 g) wet methomyl oxime and 100.0ml dichloroethane are added into rotatory evaporator, then the solvent is removed by distillation under reduced pressure,the dried product is obtained,the moisture was less than 0.3%,processing loss was less than 0.3%.
