塑料注射成形过程仿真软件的开发和应用

摘    要:智能型3维注射成形过程仿真系统HSCAE 3D解决了用3维实体/表面模型取代中性层模型的关键性技术难题,通过数值计算与人工智能技术的结合,使仿真软件由传统的被动式计算工具提升为主动式优化系统。实验和实践证明,HSCAE 3D为注塑制品与模具的虚拟制造奠定了坚实的理论和技术基础,构成了注塑制品成形质量全面控制的核心技术,已在模具行业中得到了很好的应用。

Abstract:The key technical problem during the filling simulation of injection molding based on 3D solid/surface model instead of the middle-plane model is solved by HSCAE 3D, the 3D intelligent simulation system for plastic injection molding process. By combination of numerical analysis and artificial intelligence the simulation software is promoted from a traditional passive calculator to an active optimum system. The experiments and practices show that HSCAE 3D builds a good theoretical and technical basis for virtual manufacturing of injection molded parts, and finds more and more applications as a key technology for quality control of injection molded parts.
