油套管接箍拧接机工作特性探讨

油套管接箍拧接机是油套管质量控制的重要设备之一。主要从液压系统、主背钳上卸扣控制、扭矩控制、圈数控制、整体计算机显示输出5个方面综述了拧接机原理，并针对实际拧接过程中出现的粘扣、过扭矩和接箍周向划痕等问题提出了解决方案。改进拧接设备和拧接工艺后，采用同规格特殊扣型套管、同一台拧接机、镀铜接箍进行100次接箍拧接试验。结果表明，拧接质量问题大为减少，有效地保证了拧接质量。

Discussion on Operating Characteristics of Casing and Tubing Coupling Screw-on Machine

The coupling screw-on machine of casing and tubing is an important equipment for control quality. it summarized the principle of screw-on machine from five aspects，covering hydraulic system，main back clamp making up and breaking out control，torque control， coil number control and integrated computer display output. Meanwhile， it put forward solutions to problems occurred in practical screwing process， such as thread galling， exceeding the maximum torque value and coupling circumferential scratches. After using these solutions to improve screwing machine and screwing process， simultaneously， adopting special type casing with the same specification and the same screwing machine to carry out 100 times test， the result indicated that the screwing quality problems have been greatly reduced， which can effectively assure screwing quality.
