摘    要:中央空调系统的安全运行是确保世博中心稳定运营的关键,提高系统可靠性、稳定性和安全性是保障运营的关键.基于模糊综合评价方法对世博中心中央空调系统进行风险评价.根据中央空调系统体系,将中央空调系统的模糊综合指标体系分为冷热源系统、输配系统和末端设备,运用层次分析法计算了各指标间的权重,最后运用模糊综合评价方法计算了中央空调系统的风险水平分值,从而实现对中央空调系统的风险因素的定性分析和定量计算,为其运营保障提供科学依据.

Abstract:The safe service of the central air conditioning system is important to a stable operation of the Expo Center.In this study,a new model using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was developed based on the basic theory of fuzzy and the project practice of 2010 Shanghai World Expo.This study focused on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation together with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).In the evaluation, following influential factors were considered: the heating and cooling systems,the transmission and distribution systems,and the terminal equipment.In addition,the evaluation for the system focused on analyzing the technical and operational management risks.Moreover,this paper employed AHP to determine the weight of each layer.Finally,some maintenance advices for the central air conditioning were proposed based on the risk assessment results.
