厚层复合石灰岩顶板垮落特性试验研究

摘    要:研究针对晋城矿区特殊的工作面顶板特性,通过岩石力学性质试验获得相应的力学参数,应用数值模拟和相似材料模型试验,对晋城矿区卧庄煤矿150煤厚层复合石灰岩顶板在开采过程中的垮落特性进行了综合研究,得到工作面厚层复合石灰岩顶板的初次来压步距和周期来压步距以及垮落规律.结果表明,两种不同试验模拟手段得到了相近的结果,初次来压步距20m左右,周期来压步距在10~15m之间,并且与实际工作面顶板的垮落形态相吻合.这一研究成果为解决晋城矿区厚层复合石灰岩顶板不易破断,支架承受较大压力等问题提供了理论基础.

Abstract:Aiming at the properties of the roof of a particular working face in Wozhuang coal mine of Jincheng mining area,the collapse characteristics of the thick complex limestone roof of 15# coal seam were synthetically researched by numerical simulation and similar material simulation based on some mechanics parameters obtained from the rock mechanics test,obtaining the first weighting step distance,periodic weighting step distance,and the collapse rules of such roof.Both the numerical simulation and the similar material simulation indicate that the first weighting step distance is 20 m and periodic weighting step distance is 10~15 m,which is also similar to the actual roof collapse rule.Therefore,the research result has provided a theoretical foundation for solving the problems of limestone roof breakage and comparatively high pressure exerted on supports in Jincheng mining area.
