摘    要:根据塑件的倒扣特点,设计了一种双滑块二次抽芯组合机构,阐述了机构的结构组成及工作原理,对机构的关键技术参数进行了理论分析,经试模证明,该机构设计合理,解决了抽芯时塑件倒扣粘滑块的问题。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the feature of a plastic upended part, a two-step core-pull- ing mechanism with two sliders was designed. The structural composition and working prin- ciple of the mechanism were stated. And the critical technology parameters were studied theoretically. The problem that the part's adhering to the slider during the core-pulling was resolved with the application.
