絮凝-纳米TiO_2光催化氧化法处理油田污水

摘    要:制备絮凝-纳米TiO2光催化剂对油田污水进行了处理,并对其处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明:在n(TiO2)∶n(PFS)=0.1∶1;ρ(催化剂)=0.8 g/L;pH=7.0~9.0;t=40 min时油田污水中油的去除率达到94.1%;悬浮物的去除率达到96.4%,处理后的油田污水达到了油田污水回注标准。

Abstract:The best doping rate and heat treatment temperature were obtained.Oil-field wastewater was treated by flocculation combined with nano-TiO2 photocatalytic oxidation,and process of the treatment was studied.The results of experiment showed that at the best conditions:the ratio of PFS and TiO2 is 1∶0.1;dosage to 0.8 g/L;pH in the range of 7 to 9;the reaction time of 40 minutes.The removal efficiency of oil content and suspended solids were 94.1% and 96.4% respectively.Under the best treatment process,the treated wastewater reached re-injection standards.
