低品位含钒石煤酸浸提钒工艺研究

摘    要:在我国,含钒品位低于0.8%的石煤不但超过总量的60%,而且在高品位的矿山中也总夹杂着低品位的矿层或者矿带。为此,选取了贵州某地品位为0.60%的石煤为原料,采用硫酸+助浸剂R1+氧化剂R2体系进行了酸浸提钒试验研究。结果发现,该低品位石煤在一定条件下浸出率可达90%,并且在当前的市场条件下具有一定的经济价值。

Abstract:In China,not only the reserves of the vanadium coal stone ores with grade of less than 0.8% are over 60%,but it is always found in the high-grade mines also often extrain some low-grade ore beds or ore belts.For this reason,an experimental research on extracting vanadium by acid leaching method was carried out.A stone coal from Guizhou province with grade of 0.60% vanadium was selected as raw material and the sulfuric acid+auxiliary leaching agent R 1+oxidant R 2 system was adopted.The results indicated that the leaching rate can reach 90% under optimal conditions,and to a certain extent,it has certain economic value in current market quotation.
