摘    要:综述了Mo—Si—B合金的研究现状,分别从制备工艺、抗氧化性、断裂韧性、微观结构等方面进行了综述。Mo—Si—B合金可以作为新一代的航空发动机用结构材料和高温抗氧化涂层材料。研究表明,Mo—Si—B合金具有更加优异的高温力学性能和高温抗氧化性能。最后讨论了Mo—Si—B合金未来的发展方向。

Abstract:Multiphase Mo-Si-B system are candidate materials for ultra-high temperature applications. Mo-Si-B silicides consisting of the phases α-Mo(Mo solid solution), Mo3Si, and Mo5SiB2 (T2) have melting points on the order of 2000 ℃. As a good candidate structure material for aircraft engines and protective coating, Mo-Si-B system alloy exhibites outstanding high temperature mechanical properties and oxidation resistance. In this paper, the preparation, oxidation resistant and fracture toughness are reviewed. Lastly, the future development in Mo-Si-B system alloys is also discussed.
