摘    要:随着大量可再生能源并入电网,火电机组越来越频繁地参与到电网调频中。针对火电机组自身二次调频能力不足的问题,采用由飞轮储能阵列和锂离子电池储能阵列组成的混合储能系统来辅助火电机组的二次调频。首先根据火电机组功率和自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)指令获得混合储能系统的充放电功率指令,然后提出了基于小波包分解(wavelet packet decomposition,WPD)方法的各储能阵列充放电指令分配方法。接着根据各储能阵列充放电指令分配方法,以火电机组二次调频综合指标提升二倍为目标,提出了一种混合储能系统容量配置优化方法。最后,通过某额定装机容量250 MW的火电机组实际输出功率数据,仿真验证了本文提出的混合储能系统容量配置优化方法的有效性。

Abstract:With the integration of large amount of renewable energy into the power grid, thermal power units more and more frequently involved in the frequency regulation of the power grid. To solve the problem of insuffi- cient capability of secondary frequency regulation for thermal power units themselves, a hybrid energy storage system consisting of the flywheel energy storage array and the lithium-ion battery unit energy storage array is adopted to assist the secondary frequency regulation of thermal power units. Firstly, the charging and dischar - ging power commands of the hybrid energy storage system are obtained based on the power of the thermal power unit and the automatic generation control (AGC) commands. Then, the charging and discharging commands dis- tribution methods of energy storage arrays are proposed based on the wavelet packet decomposition (WPD) met- hod. According to the charging and discharging commands distribution methods, capacity configuration optimi- zation method of the hybrid energy storage system is developed with the object of improving the comprehensive index of secondary frequency regulation of thermal power units by two times. Finally, based on the actual output power data of a thermal power unit with a rated installed capacity of 250 MW, the validity of the proposed capa- city configuration optimization method of the hybrid energy storage system is verified through simulation.
