摘    要:在水热法成功制备锐钛矿型TiO2的基础上,首次利用高分子悬浮聚合技术,将单一分散性的造孔剂球形聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)(700nm)和TiO2分别制成悬浮液,通过混合、真空抽滤、煅烧的工艺,制备出孔径可控,孔径分布均匀的TiO2多孔陶瓷。烧成后的TiO2多孔陶瓷SEM结果显示其具有孔径分布均匀的结构特点,

Abstract:In this paper,based on anatase TiO_2 prepared by hydrothermal,polymer coagulation method was utilized to prepare porous ceramic.Well-dispersed TiO_2 suspension and the poreforming agent monodispersed spherical PMMA(700nm) suspension were prepared.Conrolled pore sizes and the pore size distribution of the macroporous materials were uniformally disrtributed by the process of vacuum filtration and calcination.SEM images revealed that TiO_2porous ceramic material with ordered and uniform macropores have been obtained by this simple procedure.
