| 摘 要： | 近来,武钢经济效益大幅提高,取得了骄人的成绩。但是武钢同样面临着危机。本文从资源危机、创新危机、营销危机、国内外钢铁企业竞争格局的变化给武钢带来的危机等几方面阐述了武钢面临的状况,并针对危机提出了武钢应对的策略。
