环保型充油稀土顺丁橡胶的性能及应用

摘    要:利用新开发的环保橡胶油NAP10作为稀土顺丁橡胶的填充油,考察充油稀土顺丁橡胶胶料的基本性能及在半钢子午线轮胎配方中的应用,并将实验结果与传统配方的胶料性能进行对比分析。结果表明,NAP10充入稀土顺丁橡胶后,胶料的拉伸强度、定伸应力较优;运用到半钢子午线轮胎配方中,胶料的各项物理性能与DAE及进口产品性质相当,无需配方调整,即可等量替换。

Abstract:A new type of safe extender oil NAP10 developed by Karamay Petrochemical Company was employed as neodymium-based cis-1,4-polybutadiene.The basic properties of the extended Nd-based butadiene rubber compound and its application in radial tire were evaluated.Its properties were compared with those of regular compound.The results showed that NAP10 extended in the NdBR(Nd-based Butadiene Rubber) could have a better tensile strength and Modulus of the compound.The physical properties of the compound were equivalent to those of DAE and imported products when it was applied in the formula of semi-steel radial tire,it could be replaced without any adjustment to the formula.
