摘    要:经磷酸酯偶联剂处理的碳酸钙粒子表面沉积一层烷基磷酸钙盐,其与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)熔融共混时相互作用形成柔性界面层。将栗性界面层看成碳酸钙的壳,碳酸钙粒子看成芯,笔者建立了碳酸钙的“芯-壳”模型,该模型得到了电子显微镜和拉伸实验的证实。本文还分析了碳酸钙芯-壳内外的应力分布,结果表明,界面粘接和壳层厚度对HDPE/CaCO_3共混物的刚性和韧性具有重要影响。

Abstract:CaCO3 particle treated with phosphate can act with HDPE in mixing,resulting a flexible interface layer around CaCO3. So CaCO3 particle may have a morphology of "core-shell" ,with CaCO3 core and interface layer shell. The core-shell morphokjgy was identified by SEM and tensile modulus testing. The stress distribution inside core-shell morphology was analysed by tensor. The adhesion and the shell thickness have a vital effect on rigidity and toughness of materials.
