摘    要:为解决1000 kV电网电压测量中电磁式电压互感器、电子式电压互感器以及电容式电压互感器(CVT)所存在的问题,介绍了一种全新结构形式的电压互感器-1000 kV GIS用罐式电容式电压互感器(罐式CVT)。罐式CVT的电容分压器的高压臂电容采用同轴电极结构,纯SF6气体作为主绝缘,耐受各种过电压能力强分压器输出端引入的特殊结构电感线圈可阻尼特高压GIS中快速陡波对电磁单元的侵入,有效防止传递过电压对二次系统的危害;分压器的结构设计有效解决了邻近效应对误差的影响,有助于降低内部发生铁磁谐振的范围和概率。

Abstract:In order to settle problems existed in electromagnetic voltage transformer,electronic voltage transformers(ETV) and tank-type capacitor voltage transformer for 1000 kV voltage measurement,this paper introduces the tank-type CVT,a new configuration with coaxial electrode used for high voltage capacitor of a capacitor divider.The major insulation is pure SF6 gas,which has great capability of withstanding each kind of over-voltage.The capacitor divider's output terminal of the tank-type CVT is in series with inductance winding of special configuration,the inductance winding can damp VFTO which may appear across high voltage GIS to invade electromagnetic unit and to prevent secondary system from harming of transmitted over-voltage effectively.The design idea of the configuration of the tank-type CVT,the parameter selection and shielding pole designs,the additional error sources of tank-type CVT,are presented,and the additional error caused by stationary temperature field and unstationary temperature field is analyzed.Moreover,the measures of preventing VFTO from invading electromagnetic units and secondary system are introduced in detail.
