地面直接注氮法在回采工作面的应用实践

摘    要:介绍了阳泉新景矿7205工作面火灾事故概况,以及氮气防灭火技术机理,并从技术和经济方面探讨了地面钻孔、井下钻孔、井下移动式制氮装置就地注氮法三种灭火方案的优劣,提出了地面钻孔注氮法的最佳灭火方案;进一步探讨了注氮参数选择、采空区气体置换、以及氮气灭火效果.实践表明:氮气防灭火技术对封闭采空区灭火有效、迅速、无污染、低成本,实现了7205工作面快速启封.

Abstract:The paper introduces the fire accident of 7205 working face in Xinjing mine and fire prevention and extinguishing technology mechanism with nitrogen.Three nitrogen injection methods(including surface boreholes,underground boreholes,and underground mobile nitrogen generators) are compared in terms of technology and economy.The surface boreholes nitrogen injection is determined to be the best scheme.The paper further discusses parameters selection,gas replacement in mined-out areas,and fire control effect of the nitrogen method.The practice showed that the effective,fast,pollution-free,and low-cost fire prevention and extinguishing technology with nitrogen could quickly release the sealed mined-out area of 7205 working face.
