软弱煤层综放工作面合理采高的数值计算研究

摘    要:通过岩石力学实验分析了古交某矿4号煤综放工作面地质力学条件,确定4号煤层的坚固性系数f=0.5~1.2,属软弱煤层;并结合工程类比法初步确定4号煤为综合放顶煤开采.采用数值计算方法,分析了4号煤综放工作面不同采高时,工作面煤壁、顶煤的屈服破坏情况及工作面煤壁前方煤体垂直应力分布情况.在保证工作面煤壁稳定的情况下,确定4号煤层合理采高3.5m,使该矿做到安全高效生产.

Abstract:By rock mechanics experiment,the geomechanical condition of No.4 fully-mechanized working face was studied to determine protodyakonov coefficient of N.4 seam as f=0.5~1.2 and the seam as soft weak seam.It was also determined as top coal caving using engineering analogy.Through numerical calculation,coal wall,yield failure of top coal,and vertical stress distribution of front coal wall were analyzed under deferent caving height.To ensure the coal wall stability,the reasonable mining height was determined as 3.5m in order to achieve safety and efficient production.
