流沙层置换注浆施工技术

摘    要:针对厚度11m、水压1.5 MPa、最大单孔涌水量153.9 m3/h流沙层,采用二次置换注浆,并用钢筋混凝土作为骨架加固井筒周边,使井筒周边形成结石体帷幕;探注孔涌水量超标即注脲醛树脂化学浆液,采用小段高掘砌施工方式,加强并筒支护强度,顺利通过了流沙层.

Abstract:A specific drift sand layer(11 meters deep,water pressure=1.5Mpa,and maximum single-hole water yield=153.99m3/h) used secondary replacement grouting;reinforced concrete strengthened around the shaft as skeleton;and aggregated masses shield formed.If water flow of detection hole exceeded standard,urea-formaldehyde resin chemical slurry would be grouted.Small section high driving was used to reinforce shaft support,which passed the drift sand layer successfully.
