摘    要:以国内某矿大巷带式输送机驱动轮为工程实际,利用理论分析和数值模拟结合手段,分析驱动轮工作时皮带和筒壁的变形及应力特征,模拟驱动轮和皮带间的摩擦挤压接触模式,较真实反映了皮带和滚筒的相互作用.研究结果表明:筒壁径向变形在平行于滚轴方向上中间大两边小;筒壁的径向应力集中在筒壁和辐板的连接处,最大值出现在30°处位置的筒壁和辐板的接触位置.研究成果可对同类条件下矿用带式输送机的优化设计提供依据.

Abstract:Taking driving wheel of belt conveyor as engineering practice,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were combined to study deformation and stress of belt and cylinder wall at work.The simulation of friction,extrusion,and contact patterns reflected the interaction between the driving wheel and the belt.The results showed that radial deformation of the cylinder wall was big in the middle and small at both ends in parallel to the roller direction.The radial stress focused on the joint of the cylinder wall and the wheel discs and the maximum stress appeared at the 30 degree position.The findings could provide a foundation for optimizing belt conveyor design in the similar mines.
