| Abstract: | Micro-injection moulding is usually regarding to the injection moulding process which allows manufacturing of plastic microstructures with the thickness in the level of microns and the mass in the lever of milligrams. The market of micro systems products showed a steady growth in the past few years. In this paper the process and applications, the requirements to mould, machine and plastics of the micro-injection moulding were introduced. |
