柴油机排气微粒静电捕集过程研究

摘    要:本文介绍了一种新的柴油机排气微粒后处理技术——静电旋风微粒捕集法及其过程分析与计算。这种方法具有捕集效率高、排气背压低和能够实现连续自动的清灰(再生)过程的特点。通过分析建立了静电捕集柴油机排气微粒的物理模型和数学模型,并在试验数据的基础之上推导出了计算静电捕集柴油机微粒捕集效率的半经验公式,为进一步深入研究和开发应用这一技术提供了理论工具。

Abstract:A electrostatic Centrifugal collector which is a new kind of diesel trap and the analysis and calculation of the collecting process are presented here. Test results of the trap showed that the collecting efficiency is high, back pressure is low, and neither regeneration nor particular arrangement is needed. The physics and mathematical models of the collecting process were established. Based on the results of tests, a semi-experiental formula calculating collecting efficiency was developed.
