连铸坯感应加热过程数值模拟的研究

摘    要:连铸坯直轧是先进的制钢工艺,特别是其先进的电磁感应工艺与传统的火焰加热相比,可以有效地降低能耗、减少污染、提高生产效率,是当今冶金技术的重要发展方向。本文应用感应加热理论,建立了连铸坯料温度分布的预测模型,对感应加热过程进行了数值模拟。该技术对揭示铸坯感应加热过程的规律、优化工艺参数、推动技术进步具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:Continuous casting direct rolling is an advanced manufacturing steel technology.Comparing with traditional flame heating furnace,its advanced electromagnetic induction heating technology can reduce energy consumption and decrease pollution effectively,and enhance production efficiency,so it is a concernful development direction.Based on induction heating theory,prediction model of CC slab temperature distribution was built and numerical simulation for induction heating process was carried out.This technology has important value to discover the rule of induction heating process,optimize process parameters and drive technology progress.
