| 摘 要： | 处于同一技术水平或生产同类产品的锰矿企业间形成横向并联关系,应用不同技术生产上下游产品的企业构成纵向串联关系;串并联企业共同构成纵横交错的网络,它们之间既有竞争又有合作。从电路原理、生态位法则获得启发,提出优化锰矿资源开发企业结构的一些设想。

| Abstract: | The same level of skill or the same product companies in Mn-ore has formed the relationship between the formation of horizontal parallel,using different technology to produce the downstream products in business relationship.It constitutes a vertical series;series-parallel network of criss-cross composed of enterprises between competition and co-operation.From the circuit theory,niche law was inspired by some ideas of optimizing ore resources development of corporate structure. |
