| 摘 要： | 经RH处理的钢种虽然成分、质量均符合要求,但RH过程控制不稳、钢水供应不足、生产组织不合理等严重制约了RH处理钢种连浇炉数,直接造成不稳定生产和生产成本增加.通过增加LF精炼工序进行升温处理和制定合理生产组织模式可有效解决上述问题.

| Abstract: | RH treated steel components,met the quality requirements,but instability of the RH process control,defficiency crane lifting seriously restricted the RH treatment of steel continuous casting operation,result in production instability and costs.LF refining process carried out by increasing the temperature treatment and the development of rational modes of production organization can effectively address these problems. |
