铜熔炼渣贫化方法及技术经济分析

摘    要:基于铜熔炼渣的物化特征,阐述了现代铜冶炼行业通常采用的渣贫化方法的工艺原理,尤其是通过对广泛认可与采用的电炉和选矿法贫化工艺的技术经济参数与收益进行了分析比较。结果表明,采用选矿法处理熔炼渣符合现代铜冶炼行业渣贫化技术的发展趋势,有利于企业效益的提高与长期发展。

Abstract:The principle of slag depletion process used on modern copper smelting industry was presented based on the physical chemical characteristics of copper smelting slag. The analysis and comparison were specially focused on the technical economic parameters and profits of electric furnace and mineral processing depletion process which were widely accepted and used. The results show that mineral processing process is in accordance with the developing trend of slag depletion in modern copper smelter industry, and it is also beneficial to enterprise development and long-term interest of enterprise.
