福建某难处理银矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:本文针对某难选银矿,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,选用浮选+浮尾氰化联合工艺流程。原矿含银为147.6 g/t,在适宜的磨矿细度及药剂条件下获得浮选银精矿品位1 100 g/t,回收率66.94%;浮选尾矿经氰化后,可获得总回收率80.69%的优异指标。

Abstract:For some refractory silver ore in Fujian province with silver content of 147.6g/t,based on study of process mineralogy,flotation + flotation tailings cyanidition is chosen as the flowsheet.In the appropriate grinding conditions and reagent system,a silver concentrate containing 1100g/t Ag with Ag recovery 66.94% can be obtained.After the flotation tailings is cyanided,total recovery can reach 80.69%.
