摘    要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和经过不同时间冷冻处理的凹凸棒黏土(APT)为原料,采用溶液-流延成膜法,制备了PVA/APT纳米复合膜,通过红外光谱、XRD和SEM对纳米复合膜的结构和形貌进行了表征,并对复合膜的力学性能及耐水性能进行了测试.结果表明,与未冷冻处理APT相比,经冷冻处理后APT的棒晶可以更好的分散在PVA基体中,纳米复合膜的力学性能和耐水性有明显提高.其中,以冷冻处理16 h APT制备的纳米复合膜性能最优,其拉伸强度、断裂延伸率和耐水性分别提高了17.4%、25.4%和19.2%.

Abstract:Poly(vinyl alcohol)/attapulgite(PVA/APT) nanocomposite films containing freeze process treated APT were prepared using film-casting method.The microstructures of the nanocomposite films were investigated using SEM,FTIR and XRD.The mechanical properties and water resistance of the nanocomposite films were also tested.The experimental results indicate that frozen APT can be dispersed better in PVA matrix than APT not treated by freeze process,thus mechanical properties and water-resistance of the nanocomposit...
