| 摘 要： | 针对贾汪发电厂1、2号循环流化床机组调试与运行中出现的问题，如给煤系统滞煤堵煤、耐磨耐火浇注料脱落、非金属膨胀节烧损及锅炉排烟温度超过设计值等现象，反映出了循环流化床目前的运行可靠率还较低，需要设计、制造、调试、运行共同解决。

| Abstract: | The problems occurring during the commissioning and operation of No.1 and No.2 circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers in Jiawang Power Plant,such as retarding and jamming of coal in the coal feeding system,falling-off of wearproof and refractory casting material,burning loss of nonmetallic expansion joint and overtemperature(exceeding the designed value)of exit flue gas of boiler etc.phenomena,indicated that currently the operating reliability of CFB boiler is still comparatively low.It is necessary for the design,operation and commissioning units to jointly solve these problems. |
