摘    要:利用石灰石矿粉处理含金属离子的酸性废水时,需要两个前提:石灰石与酸作用时pH上升应能达到金属离子水解要求的最低pH;反应终了的pH应高于金属离子完全水解形成难溶氢氧化物要求的pH。利用石灰石矿粉与酸作用导致溶液pH上升时促进金属离子水解的协同效应,达到中和与沉淀金属离子的目的。实验表明,利用石灰石矿粉处理高浓度的含Fe3+或Al3+的酸性废水是有效的,同时实现了大幅度降低成本的目的。

Abstract:There are two prerequisites while treating acidic water containing metal ions with limestone powder:1)The pH can achieve the lowest hydrolysis pH of metal ions when limestone powder react with acid;2)The pH should be higher than that of the metal ions completely hydrolyzed to form insoluble hydroxides  at the end of reaction.Using the synergistic effect of the pH rise originating from limestone powder reacting with acid promoting the hydrolysis of metal ions,the purpose of neutralization and precipitation of metal ions were achieved.Experimental results showed that the treating acidic waste water containing metal ions by limestone powder was feasible and could reduce the cost substantially.
